The Wall Street Journal reported late Wednesday that Zacharia sat for the California bar exam after she received her law degree from Pepperdine University, but she did not pass. The Journal reported that Zacharia moved to China shortly after and took a job as an associate at the Zhong Lun Law Firm.

The watchdog group Campaign for Accountability filed a complaint with the State Bar of California on Wednesday over her claims that she is a lawyer.

Trump doesn’t care. She looks like Ivanka and all he cares about is getting his jollies every moment he can. I would expect a 3rd Ivanka lookalike to join him before the year is over.

She misheard “What state?” And replied “when I moved to China!”?

. . . If it wasn’t for my horse, I never would’ve spent that year in college.

If I went and got a law degree, spent all that that time and money to get it, and failed the bar.

Yeah you better believe I would be taking it again.

Who TF just doesn’t complete it after all that time/work/money?

Unless she faked and cheated through her degree and couldn’t afford to pay some smarter student to take the bar for her. (I have theorized this is how rfk got his lawyer credentials).

It’ll probably just be a fine, but falsely representing yourself as a lawyer/attorney in California has the potential for a prison sentence

To play devils advocate mishearing something or accidentally mispeaking isn’t the same thing as false representation. If she was to be charged over this they’d need to show that she did this intentionally which is a higher bar that I’m not sure they could actually pass.

She’s actually been on fox 16 times in the past few years making statements of “as a lawyer” and “as general counsel to” as well as podcast appearances representing herself as such so there’s a lot of evidence already.

I’m very sorry but “Pepperdine University” sounds like something that makes delicious processed meat products.
