      Because of war crimes close to Venezuela, where they killed 11 people on an alleged drug vessel? I doubt anyone will arrest him for that in Great-Britain.

          That’s a quote from one of the shorter videos they were doing on YT only before they made the full season for Channel 4.

          The TV episodes are 6 and roughly 25min long each. It’s all made up like a semi-educational children’s show.

          And to finally answer your Q, not to my or wikipedia’s knowledge.
