If the US doesnt drop the tariffs quickly, the world is actively working on new deals that remove the US entirely from the world stage.
Like how Japan is dropping US lumber and LNG for Canada’s offerings.
Or how Japan and South Korea are offering their military hardware to Australia and Canada.
Or how Toyota is opening a new plant in Canada
All of the “deals” he has are just meaningless letters of agreement that placate him while the real work happens.
Not to mention the fact that he nearly always renegs on “deals”.
Well if they don’t its more failure but if they do he can say its all because of this one thing and not the mounds of idiocy in his policy and administration.
At this point I can’t believe anything Trump says. How do we know he’s not hoping the courts reverse them? Then he can claim the courts for them not being implemented while getting cleared of his own disaster is policy
