He has a few million viewers and has been helping DSA candidates this midterm cycle, so he became a big target of the media. He’s okay, the biggest benefit IMO is that he doesn’t do the typical socdem thing by endlessly condemning socialist countries and trying to separate himself from them, which is why he gets labeled a communist despite being a SocDem.
He labeled himself a socialist. He also talks out of both mouths, he calls himself anti Zionist but it’s currently bragging about his positive interviews Israeli media where he said he wants to build bridges with Zionists.
He’s a net positive in grabbing people from the far right and pushing them left. He’s a net negative when it comes to liberal Zionism and normalizing the colonization of Palestine.
If you’re a centrist or right leaning, by all means watch him. If you’re already a leftist, you can avoid the brainrot.

Trump is raging at people who aren’t even running for office because that’s how incompetent he is. If you want to watch some streamer because you like their show then go for it. But they aren’t the ones who are going to change the law. So whenever anyone brings up streamers instead of candidates, you know they’re either incompetent or afraid or both.
Again, they’re horny for Hasan Piker. It’s the only thing that explains their irrational obsession. Most of the left doesn’t even consume his content.

If we’re talking just deaths, with his closure of USAID, reductions in health insurance, cuts to CDC, his covid response, etc. Trump has been the cause of millions of avoidable deaths.
Lancet estimates that Trump’s USAID closure alone will kill ~5 million children under the age of five by 2030.
To be fair, USAID is also partially responsible for killing millions. It’s a deliberate tool of soft-power that often gets funneled into the hands of pro-US dictators for military equipment, etc. The role of USAID is to make imperialism seem better.

When dividing by zero as one would to compare the tolls. One is infinitely more than zero. So considering Trump is verifiably responsible for hundreds if not thousands already and potentially millions in the future. That Infinity is only getting larger by the moment.
Ultimately it comes down to the fact that. Anyone that can excuse pedophilia, rape and murder. Is someone that nobody should give a fuck what they think or say.

They can’t attack policy, because they’ve had absolutely no obstruction to implementing policy for nearly two years now. The Republican party has gotten to do exactly as it pleases for nearly two years now, and almost universally Americans say they are worse off than they were before.

Honestly not sure. They are trying hard to rig the election or at least throw it all into chaos anyway. It’s going to get messy for sure.
