- Those beautiful little babies that used to have a three in five chance to see their fifth birthday. Until those evil woke scientists came and ruined everything. - three in five - They seem to bring up this specific fraction a lot. Hmm.

- Trump is an expert at pumping things into children.
- https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK582757/ - A few studies have reported a small increased chance for problems such as attention deficit disorder (ADHD) and autism when a person had a fever in pregnancy, especially if the fever was untreated. As there can be many things that affect future behavior and learning for a child, it is hard to know if a fever, underlying infection, underlying medical condition, or other factors were the cause of these problems. - Further, there might be other factors related to acetaminophen use, such as fevers (which are known to cause increased rates of neurodevelopmental delays). - Guess we’re about to do a large society-wide experiment to prove whether high untreated fevers during pregnancy lead to developmental delays. - you know what prevents fevers? vaccines. - boom.
- Thank you for posting the study I’ve been referencing as my theory for the basis of the Tylenol thing. - My understanding is the main report this all revolves around only showed a possible link between heavy Tylenol usage during pregnancy and a slight increase in autism diagnosis. - Its basically a nothing burger that’s been thrown out to distract from the attack on vaccines and our Healthcare, plus all other sorts of actually serious matters.

- For those that may not be aware, McSweeney’s is a satirical quarterly that generally publishes absurdist humour. That they have published these remarks in full and absolutely verbatim is worth noting.
