prohibit state officials from prohibiting or limiting religious services. So a YES vote was to vote that they stop it from being banned. And a NO vote was to keep it.

All the more reason why mail-in voting is a beautiful thing, IMHO. You can sit there and read as slowly as you want, with no rush at all.
