    The more important something is, the clearer it should be. I want a drunken toddler to understand this sht.

      I agree. It’s not a reading comprehension.

      A lot of times, these propositions come off intentionally confusing. Like using double negatives or double speak.

      There was a proposition passed by Republicans that was saying to prohibit state officials from prohibiting or limiting religious services. So a YES vote was to vote that they stop it from being banned. And a NO vote was to keep it.

      I have to spend an hour or two to vote because of shit like that.

        All the more reason why mail-in voting is a beautiful thing, IMHO. You can sit there and read as slowly as you want, with no rush at all.
