A woman adopted as a toddler by an American war veteran, who he found in the 1970s in an Iranian orphanage and raised as a Christian, is being threatened with deportation to Iran, a country notoriously dangerous for Christians and on the brink of war with the United States.

A judge delayed the hearing to later next month and agreed with her attorney, Emily Howe, to specify the woman does not have to appear in person — a relief as they worried immigration officers would be waiting at the courthouse to take her away.

Why aren’t more judges doing this?

Under current conditions, because apparently there is nothing governing keeping these terrorists out of the courthouses waiting to black bag people who are following the process, you’d think they would ALL do this.

Because they claim the judge is interfering with their job, and the judge is arrested.

You understand there are some very obvious fundamental differences between these cases right?

Not really. The point is, if a judge assists a person that ICE wants, ICE will arrest the judge, and here is proof of it. ICE isn’t concerned with nuance, details aren’t important, there are no protocols, they just do whatever they want in any situation. So whatever differences that may exist between the cases are irrelevant, ICE will arrest a judge if they feel like it, no matter what the details are.
