Donald Trump has responded to planned “No Kings” protests against his leadership, saying “we’re not a king at all.”
Demonstrations targeting him are planned nationwide on Saturday, the same day as a military parade celebrating the U.S. Army’s 250th anniversary in Washington, D.C, which coincides with the president’s 79th birthday.
His reasoning as to not being a king is that he’s trying to be a king and it’s harder than he expected? Is the sword of damocles too scary for him??
Completely unrelated, but the band Sleep Token released a song title Damocles in their recent album, and it’s great. The whole album and everything they release is great, but I am particularly fond of Damocles.

I love the whole album. Caramel definitely has some weight to it. I don’t know Even in Arcadia is better than Take me Back to Eden, but it’s close if it’s not.
