    No, it just makes him an old guy with a lifelong speech impediment. Just like Trump is an old guy who is a lying rapist.

      Not being able to speak for ages and not being able to finish this sentences is not a speech impediment.

      But yes, Trump is absolutely the worst. I doubt there’s ever been a more venal, revolting president
