Yes. These bribes are something he would have done independently of the campaign so using campaign funds is a campaign finance violation AFAICT. I am not a lawyer.

No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning
