He indirectly has the power to do it with certain people, yes. I don’t know how it would work, since elections are run by the states, not the federal government, and blue states won’t be canceling them. Only counting blue state votes doesn’t seem like it would go well for the GOP.
Which he absolutely does not have the power to do, but the quislings that DO have that power will allow it to happen.

Midterms are going to be nasty, but I truly fear November 2028.

There are Democratic districts in those Red states, too, and a whole lot of flips that they aren’t expecting. I want those Blue seats in Red , too.
