They’re logic tests, and if you practice logic tests you get better at them, intelligence is the ability to learn, smarts is your compiled knowledge. If anything this IQ test measures your smarts.
That said people are dumb as shit for many reasons.
Scores are adjusted such that the median is ALWAYS 100. That’s how we do IQ. Every response to my previous post ignoring this and arguing otherwise should just be outright ignored.

Yeah, it’s normalized so the median is 100.
