Some of it I agree, some of it seems like a waste of resources to reverse. Paying a contractor to rip out the stuff a contractor was paid to install for no reason other than “trump did this” seems almost as dumb a use of funds as the original project.

Then we take the funds from something like ICE and point that out. Explain that we would not have had to do this if the Republicans (and by implication, the idiots that vote for them) had enough balls to restrain this stuff in the first place.

I’m more for taking the money away from ICE and putting it into social safety nets. It makes no sense to me to turn around and re-re-model just because trump did it, washing the tax dollars that could actually be used to help people.

Feels like a massive waste of money, and all to thumb your nose at idiots who won’t even realize what’s going on in reality.

This. That asshat should not get to permanently lift his leg on everything public and we just have to sit there and look at it for decades after.

Fuck that noise. Taking his name off of things and/or reverting them should not be very costly.

Not attacking you, but “we’ll restore that dignity by dramatically reverting the merely surface-level Trump changes” is exactly what we’ll get.
