    You’d be doing well if you put as much energy into resisting them as you do into trying to make it someone else’s problem.

    Americans have to solve this themselves. No one else can do it.

      I made three comments on the internet. If you think that much energy is going to make a difference anywhere, I’ve got some unfortunate news for you.

      Regardless, the point I’m trying to make is, it’s really easy to sit here and post about how Americans need to step up and solve the problem, just like it’s easy for us to say “We need to take action!” - what’s hard is knowing how to effectively take that action, or how to organize a country behind a common course. I sure don’t know how to do those things, and I suspect almost everyone else is in the same situation. We need a leader to step up and show us how.

      Point is, if you aren’t going to be that person, you have nothing to offer, and your derogatory internet tough guy posting isn’t in any way productive. Why don’t you put that effort into fighting your own far-right political groups, instead?
