He can be if you don’t know what a dictionary is and you get revenue by being divisive. The more charged the language, the higher the revenue gets.

No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning
