This guy is going to be nominated to head the FBI.

“We will go out and find the conspirators, not just in government but in the media. Yes, we’re going to come after the people in the media who lied about American citizens, who helped Joe Biden rig presidential elections – we’re going to come after you,” Patel said on a podcast hosted by another former Trump adviser, Steve Bannon.

“Whether it’s criminally or civilly, we’ll figure that out. But yeah, we’re putting you all on notice,” Patel added. “We’re actually going to use the Constitution to prosecute them for crimes they said we have always been guilty of but never have.”

It’s worth noting that Patel is extreme as people loyal to Trump go — he seems interested in doing Trumps’ bidding, rather than what’s required by law or what’s right.

actually going to use the Constitution

if we’re gonna go there. let’s get rid of the current incoming administration, because it shouldn’t have even been on the ballot to begin with.

and while we’re there, lets get rid of all the guns, everywhere, that aren’t used by the states’ ‘well-regulated’ militias for their defense (hint: their national guards fill that role today, along with the rest of the military forces).

and while we’re rolling, we’re gonna revoke tax-exempt status for every church that has advocated directly or indirectly for a candidate or ballot vote from the pulpit or with the assistance of their tax-exempt funds or assets (and we’re seizing those assets, too, to help cover their tax fraud).

For the most part yes but the militia bit is just wrong. The national guard does not fill the role of a militia as militia are independent of government as regular citizens.
