One star means you are following basic reporting practices and can call yourself “reporters”. 4 star is “news” and you are held to stringent fact checking and balanced reporting practices and can call yourself News or have News in your name. 5star would be super special paragon of journalism, opinion-free reporting of facts thing. Zero stars would be “just asking questions here!” level.
No censorship or anything, just an indicator of how reliable sources are. And make it mandatory to display like their channel bug in the corner, but a restaurant grade type thing.
