    It’s not a job, it’s an elected position. If you can’t do it for any reason at all, you don’t get to subvert the whole concept of representation for the people and leave the seat empty for a prolonged period

    Just because people have made careers out of being a politician doesn’t mean they have a right to. It’s not their job to lose, it’s the people’s right to representation
