Complying with Law and complying with him aren’t the same thing. One only needs to comply with laws.
Or be rich enough so laws don’t apply to you.
If a law doesn’t apply to the rich, it’s not a law — it’s a poverty tax.
They always apply — it’s if they are enforced or not. I do concur with your sentiment, though.
