How about that 1.8billion go towards compensating the families the kids that we killed. Then send the army of engineers to help rebuild. In return ask for the straight to reopen as it was.

No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning
