The fact that no one has risen up in arms shows that America is well-done cooked.

We keep saying that, yet he keeps beating it. I’m guessing we’re nowhere close to the bottom yet.

You know? The thing nobody tells you about hitting rockbottom is that you don’t need to go up from there, you can move horizontally to reach other rockbottom areas. Don’t be the lowest on just one point when you can visit the whole rockbottom!

There is no “rock bottom”; just increasingly lower and denser extremes of bad. Every time we hit a new layer, it seems like it’s as bad as it can be, and then with the weight of how far we’ve fallen; we’re pushed further down.

Yeah, this. Haven’t journalists learned in the past more-than-a-decade? There’s no “surely this time he did [negative_superlative]!” - we said that about the Rocket Boy Debacle in 2017. How harmless and whimsical that seems now.

Keep reporting by all means though. Put it on the pile. A) People need to hear it now and B) they will need it later. For the courts.

This isn’t an isolated incident. It’s the final sell-out of the USA, profiting a thin crust of fascist rich people.

PS: there’s no rock bottom. Well technically there is: the annihilation of the human race. And we’re still very, very far away from that. Things can always get worse. And I’m not a doomer.
