the true #noshit moment will hit if they manufacture a crisis – again – to force us to use a digital currency.
i can see something like nationwide bank freezes happening – the economy has been gutted by the lack of oil from iran, saudi arabia, uae, etc. – and the federal government offering immediate relief in the form of digital currency so people can keep a roof over their heads and food on the table while the banks have frozen or limited access to their accounts to prevent another great depression style bank run.
