Prices in the U.S. are rising so fast that industry officials are bracing for potential intervention from the White House or Congress, which has few tools left to confront the spiraling costs. One of the remaining options would be an export ban on diesel, which could create chaos in global markets and not necessarily lower prices in the U.S., as domestic refineries are already running at capacity.

Senate Majority Leader John Thune (R-South Dakota) told reporters Tuesday that he is open to considering it. “We’ll be looking at any proposal that is a viable solution, but I do think if we have the supply in this country and we’re exporting it right now that might be one way of getting at it,” he said in response to a question, according to a report in Bloomberg News. “If that would take pressure off of prices, you know, I’m open to exploring it.”

If the US bans exports I think Europeans are going to be rethinking their commitment to Ukraine.

The idea that there’s some kind of “European” culture is racist gibberish. Europe is made up of many cultures and languages and national identities, it wasn’t that long ago that they couldn’t stop killing each other, and now you want me to believe there’s something that unifies all Europeans that doesn’t apply equally to countries in Asia or Africa?

The idea that Europe even exists is racist. It’s not a real continent, just look at it! It’s an Asian subcontinent, but Europeans were too racist to share a continent with Asians, so they made up “Europe” for their maps.

But again, Minnesota showed that taking to the streets works. Nothing else is working, but that worked. Do it again.

I can see why people don’t take to the streets, but until they do, no one is going to have any sympathy. That’s just how it is.

What attempts to rebel or fix it? The streets are empty. That’s what the world sees, and that’s my point. Most political activity happening right now is online, with the exception of some people showing up to townhalls to oppose data centers and lone wolves tearing down Flock cameras. The masses in the US are waiting for voting to fix everything and it’s sad.

But these are interesting times. These elections might not go the way previous elections have, and what then? Will yankees just quietly put their heads down and obey like they have been? Or will they actually fight back, like they did in Minnesota?

To quote Che Guevara: "I envy you. You North Americans are very lucky. You are fighting the most important fight of all.
You live in the belly of the beast.”

And then inflation increased.

There was never a window for Tunisia and Egypt, because they aren’t white.

EU associate status is exclusively for white-majority countries. Over the next ten years I expect them to offer it to more and more associate members, this seems like a good way to grow the EU’s power, but we’ll see the same preference for whiteness as we see here.

If Israel lasts into the next decade they’ll probably get a spot.

They will never invite a non-white majority country to have the same associate status, except maybe Japan, since they’d be grandfathered in by Germany.

They might care when the next administration starts prosecuting them.

It wouldn’t take months. They did it in Minnesota when ICE started killing people. It was literally one day of no work, no school, no shopping - tens of thousands in the streets. And guess what? It lead to it lead to several resignations of prosecutors and Trump appointees, and ICE deployments retreated to pre-surge levels. Real, concrete results when people took to the streets.

But now the streets are empty because everyone is just waiting for the Midterms; they think voting will save them.

Maybe it will. Maybe Trump won’t be able to rig or cancel the elections, and then a divided government will make Trump a lame duck president.

Just don’t be shocked when voting doesn’t work this time, and be prepared to learn from the Minnesota general strike. Workers run the country and they can shut it down whenever they want, they just have to be organized enough to use that power.

Making this kind of special status for Canada, a country that is very obviously not in Europe and is basically on the opposite side of the planet and has zero geographic connection to Europe, is transparently about Canada being a white settler colony.

Why not Egypt? We know why.

They pay taxes to it. They sell their labor to it. They buy commodities from it. The empire relies on their complicity to even function, without their participation they could shut it down. Their complicity can’t be handwaved simply because they’re unhappy about it.

Even now their country is basically starting WW3 and the streets are empty. Where are the protests? Not a peep.

Maybe they haven’t suffered enough.

There’s also notably a South America, which contains zero parts of the USA.

Next they’ll accept Japan as “honorary Aryans Europeans”

The yankees got what they voted for, now choke on it. A better world is possible, but the US has to go.

If you don’t like it, do something about it. Yankees are also the people in the best position to do something about the suffering the US causes, both to themselves and to the world. They have a world historic responsibility to fight for that better world, or die trying.

How lucky, that they get to be the ones to save the world, if they would just fucking do it.
