1 year agoGOG Connect did it until January of this year. You could sync certain games from your GOG library and get a Steam Key for it. It wasn’t popular with publishers I’m assuming, because Capitalism; the number of titles you could do it to had dwindled to almost nothing, but it’s happened.
Pretty cool, I’m glad you got it working. I hope that’s the gold standard going forward - we should be able to open up, inspect, and even fix our own devices. That used to be the case for most electronics.
