You can select if it’s a one time payment or a monthly payment and set limits.
It saved me many times from companies charging me way more than I agreed to. (Bought a phone and never activated it, they tried to charge me $150 the next year, but I used a virtual card!)
My guess of “no objections” is that the girl is experiencing a date, it’s not cool to stand people up.

They give you a prompt at boot if you want to share data or not. I select no and use it offline anyway.

I was fine with pre-roll ads and mid roll ads. Then YouTube became ultra greedy during Covid when tons of people watching, they went from 1-3 ads per video to 30 ads for a 30 minute video (2 ads every 2 minutes). What the fuck.
I installed adblocker because they did that. YouTube was not watchable at all. Sucks, because I didn’t mind supporting the platform and creator, but their greed ruined that.

Cheating breaks that trust. That trust will never fully come back 100%. There so always be doubt and it will never be the same.
Most of the world is being spied in with AI cameras, streets, Walmart, etc. most likely even McDonald’s cameras.
