I didn’t know that! I’ve only tried the free stuff since video was added, it’s mostly okay. It works fine on mobile but doesn’t seem to remember my video position across devices, which makes 3 hour Mario Party videos more tedious than they already are

Just a guess: any post to Patreon is viewed as advertising. The free tiers are relatively unknown and most people still see the site as a website to more directly support creators
