Giant Steps. I usually work out to metal and punk but Giant Steps is groovy af, and is busy enough to let my mind focus on the exercise instead of whatever everyone else in the gym is doing.
I cum blood.
I’m not bragging, that’s the name of the song
I put on ska on easy days sometimes. Today I listened to Supernothing by Streetlight Manifesto like 3 times.
Haha nice
Try working out to the Gimp version. I imagine the experience will be significantly different lol
I don’t currently work out but used to and had a high-energy fast-paced random list of music I liked. When I say random, it was really random like Metallica to Daft Punk to Animaniacs to Broadway songs. One day, before earbuds were a thing, I happened to be recklessly flailing my arms on while on the treadmill and pulled my headphones cord out of the phone. Phone hit the floor blaring the song “Uncle fucker” from the Southpark movie. I scrambled to get to the phone and make my embarrassment less prolonged. Luckily, I think most other folks in the area were either too focused on their own activities or listening to their own music. Needless to say, from that day on, I was more selective in editing my playlists for various activities.
Snookered by Dan Deacon
The no such thing as a fish podcast
So I hate to break this to you, but funny story…
(To clarify. It is this and other podcasts. I don’t know why, but I like listening to people really while exercising.)
Within Temptation. Doesn’t really fit the workout mood, but I just like the music.
I need validation on this thread, but I dislike music when I work out. Even when I run.
For me that’s thinking time.
I need loud music so that I can think
Metal cover of the dragonball super fight song
Variant mashups of the Things The Tank Entire song.
“Underwear” by The Magnetic Fields
it’s got a solid beat
Give The Drummer Some from Ultramagnetic MCs, and that whole album really.
Long Hard Road by Alan Jackson
It’s fast and peppy and motivates me to keep pushing down that long hard road (metaphorically speaking)
