    Appropriate time or not, running from questions is what he does. That’s a fact backed by 12+ years of ZERO press conference or unscripted interviews.

      Apparently it wasn’t a press conference, it was a briefing.

      So that means there should’ve been no questions, obviously.

        Modi has not held a traditional solo press conference since taking office in 2014, and has rarely answered questions from journalists on his trips abroad.
