Ukraine constantly votes against Israel in the UN, so this is a two-player game. In general ukrainians don’t like Israel, it’s positive contributions have been very small. I doubt one meeting between the leaders is gonna suddenly erase all the animosity.

2b - there are only upsides imo. Group policy editor for example, no preinstalled crap, old built-in utils (no crappy “paint”), can even uninstall edge and keep IE if you wanna be funny.
