10 years ago people called me insane for suggesting that after the F-35, new fighters will be drones. 3-4 years ago people thought it was unlikely that an F-35 would really end up being a command center for for a “swarm” of drones.

The limiting factor in a fighter is the human. You can’t pull more than 9Gs without knocking out the pilot. You can pull all of the life support systems out of the aircraft too. Eliminate the cockpit all together.

Ha, man, I thought I was crazy, I had no idea. My ancestry was largely from northern Europe - but my Dad did a lot of astronomy and typically had me find things for him when we were out in the field. He always said “because you see things better than me” which I thought was absolute horseshit because I’m near sighted and he’s farsighted.

You know what’s kind of odd. These deep fake things people are using are usually online ones. As far as I know, there aren’t any public models that are being used for deep fakes. I’m sure you could make them with the right hardware, but that’s a lot of heavy lifting.

There’s plenty of generative AI models for creating porn. To me there’s a red flag people are ignoring by using the deep fake apps/websites. It gets tied to the uploader whether they say it’s private or not.

I can’t stand it.

Depending on your router, it could have a docker setup with Windows on it. I’ve seen some strange shit on cheap routers with far too much processing power and storage.
