Who knows, there is small chance that they will continue to live like they do now. Realistically they are very limited in numbers, and resource poor, and essentially locked inside their current territories, so one small scale tragedy away from extinction.
Personally I think that their current situation is just an artifact of 20th century.
Lol, they are really regarded, US paying more is by design right from the start.
Undoubtedly, the most advanced systems in the world are being devised in laboratories in the US and China. A Pentagon programme known as Replicator 1 is due to deliver “multiple thousands” of all-domain autonomous systems by August 2025.
Why is this undoubtedly? Fact is, most other countries right now are lagging behind in this field and without extensive field testing whatever these labs will produce will be years behind state of the art. You can’t design these things blind and both US and China actually lack people that have experience in drone warfare or it’s years outdated so design decisions beyound basics will be worse, then those that were made with consultations and input from people that actually using the drones. There is no doubt that both US and China can pour a lot of money into it, and make great machines from engineering standpoint and they won’t perform as expected. Drone warfare in current form is pretty new and ideas iterate very fast, and army procurement is anything but fast.
What are they going to do? Record 3 hour video of p*tin narrating imaginary history?
Would have been a great time for a campaign to diversify consumed food a bit as well.
It means that US is under dictatorship.😐
Literally start of epoch. 🙃
Great way to die from intoxication as well!
Alcohol is something that for a very long time was associated with civilisation itself, it was and is very important. It’s just embedded into most societies of course people don’t consider it drug.
That’s not a terminology that most people understand, and would only confuse everyone more, matey. 🏴☠️
Of course you won’t. 🤡
This is an extremely vague statement that focuses on me instead of showing me and people like me where exactly we are wrong. Majority rule absolutely is common denominator in most democratic systems, so show me how it isn’t.
I do not disagree with their action, in contrary it’s refreshing to see politician with consciense that try to actually do what they are hired to do. Question is - what now? If other parties would do the same and just stop session without any reprecussion (because they hold majority, or due to other reasons).
Please stop with personal attacks.
Thank you, I’ve learned a new english word today. 😺
Conceptually it looks like a flaw in the system and in my opinion is undesirable, do you disagree?
This does look like they are specifically singled out, true.
Regretfully, democracy can be viewed as a dictature of majority over minority. I don’t think that there can be any clear cut answer to it. As for colonizers vs colonized, how far back do you consider this should go? As in any person of european descent forever in the future will be considered colonizer instead of people born on this land?
Elaborate, what exactly do you think is wrong with my post?
If they are underrepresented, why other Maori don’t vote for their party? Is there some kind of voter suppression scheme going on? If there is that’s probably was a right move that can move this problem out of unspoken/shadow consensus, if there isn’t then it’s just one party disrupting parliament because they can’t get what they want.
There is a extremely small chance that isolated groups of people numbering few hundreds are doing fine. At best they barely survive and not actively dying out, it’s pretty much impossible to do fine with population like this.
