np, and also not sure if you have to use bank apps to do transfer everyday but you can try to use 2 phones. Thats what i did until i make sure the bank apps work well.

• This isn’t a place with sensible driving. Yes, there are reckless drivers everywhere, but that’s another story.

• Blinkers and right of way basically don’t exist here. Cars aren’t the only things on the road. It’s usually bumper to bumper all day long.

• Traffic lights have a numeric countdown, which is fine. But the system somehow thinks 15 seconds is enough for 20+ cars, bumper to bumper, to complete a left turn and clear the intersection. So yeah, that’s why there’s a real risk of collisions.

Back to the OP, I’ve noticed some drivers do the following:

• Zero fucks given, just make the U-turn like they own the road (99% of the time).

• On rare occasions, some roll down their window, honk, and point left. Others just honk.

1. Settings / Apps / Defaults Apps / Opening Links

2. Vanadium => Open in browser. It now says Dont allow to open links

3. Firefox => Open in App. It now says Allow to open links

I assume Vanadium is still aet as Default browser in Settings/Appa/Default App / Browser app. Then, I only do the steps you show above.

Test: tap on anylink => vanadium opens.

i thought its overkill too, but i tried it out and it works surprisingly well. I use the Automation script like this, alao using Via because for some reasons Firefox/Brave keep playing audio even when you minimize. Everything from Unshort to Toast are the defaults, I only added the last 2:

It works. If I tap a Youtube link, Via / Brave / Firefox opens. Otherwise, it is Vanadium.

that unfortunately only works if you have another app (not browser) that can play Youtube video like Revanced or NewPipe. If you have 2 browsers and no Youtube apps installed, there will be no options to select the youtube.com links.

if only more people move away from Google shit. The problem is always about the sheer number of apps Google has. I can switch no problem, but convincing my relatives or even a company to switch? Thats tough.
