Sarcasm can be conveyed non-verbally. Through facial expressions, gestures or situational context for example. The core concept is not bound to specific languages but to the social/cognitive ability of the communicators, I’d say. Young children have a very hard time with sarcasm, regardless of where they’re born.
They absolutely do. Even within the same language, regional accents can have very different prosodies.
I recall reading a Nature article iirc about how neonatal cry melody can reflect prenatal exposure to parental language! How nuts is that!? Brains are cool.

You as a powerless citizen have way more in common with other powerless citizens in every single country than you do with you government, and your government have way more in common with any other government than they do with you. You’re just a human, not a Chinese human or a Norwegian human or a South African human or an American human. Those are just constructs that change over time.
1·17 days agoThe ones that go up that high is mainly because of the 2TB storage space but you also get all the modern bells and whistles.
Looked up prices for these and they’re all around $120, modded iPods ranging between $150-$900 and Sony Walkman one is around $900.
I don’t even know what an AI PC is.
