Ok… I watched less than one minute of that video. And previewed ahead a little bit. All I can see is stock and/or AI generated imagery and video and inserted headlines, and loads of Russian and Chinese astroturf/bots in the comments. I mean, its Hindustan time that’s what I’d expect.

If the F35 got hit by AA and landed, it speaks well of the aircraft; let’s be clear about that. I’m gonna presume that its a resource that the US and Israel have been overusing since the start. Which means Iran has had a lot of opportunity to shoot at them. All stealth means is that their head-on radar cross-section is extremely small, and the coating and shape of the craft refract radar signal, rather than reflect. I’m surprised more haven’t been hit or lost. Hell I’m surprised a Shahed drone swarm hasn’t tried for a carrier. It seems Iran is using what they have to disrupt and upset the world’s energy economy, which is probably the smarter option, for them.

All this “war” proves out to me is that we are that much further into our third world war. And it seems like that is exactly what the vile excrement in power right now seem to want. It’s a great distraction from the fact that we are fucked.

There’s a famous rusky propagandist that wrote a well known book some decades ago. Can’t remember his name (there are too many) or the book (think it was late cold war era), but it sounds like you’re citing from it directly. One can often understand how full of shit people are when another paraphrases nationalistic talking points so closely.

Yea it seems like a lot people don’t want to face the fact that US politics are a theatre drama. And of course they also presume that you’re implying that means one shouldn’t vote, indeed a dangeous (and irritating) assumption. I believe one should vote based on a politicians actions and character, and try to notice when they’re bought and performing. The preponderance of evidence that anyone with any power is bought out is defeaning.

Yes I understand and would not discourage voting. Its currently the only way to have any influence at all. Whole system needs to be turned over for anything to meaningfully change; vote as much as possible and get thoroughly educated, just don’t expect politicians to do anything helpful when they’re already owned by money.

The sooner every American realizes that there is NO ONE in the government with the desire and the power to help us, the better.

Oh my, yes, you are correct. That was sort of knee jerk, as opposed to it being the reporting party’s burden somehow. I simply cannot understand the legal gymnastics needed to punish your customers for this sort of thing; I’m tired but I feel like this is not exactly an uncommon occurrence.
