Can’t wait til 3d printers get good enough to make records so i can stock up on audiophile filament!

I would also put a good bit of the blame on executives and marketing people being way out of touch with the average person.

hence the quotes around their. these people are flat out anti-american.

consumer level copyright infringement is generally a civil matter, not a criminal one. you’d have to be doing something like selling bootleg dvds for it to turn into a criminal issue.

For me it was buying star trek the next generation on blu-ray and getting annoyed with having to flip through fifty disks to watch an episode.

The problem of non-white people being in “their” country, I would guess. But I don’t care to dig too deeply into the psyche of these monsters.

aaaaaaaand this is how you radicalize an entire generation.

It’s all just one big ass blast.

so… they arent allowing admins to uninstall it. they’re letting admins ask their users very nicely to not reinstall it.

https://www.pewresearch.org/short-reads/2025/03/05/what-the-data-says-about-gun-deaths-in-the-us/
Though they tend to get less public attention than gun-related murders, suicides have long accounted for the majority of U.S. gun deaths. In 2023, 58% of all gun-related deaths in the U.S. were suicides (27,300), while 38% were murders (17,927). The remaining gun deaths that year involved law enforcement (604), were accidental (463) or had undetermined circumstances (434), according to CDC data.
If there were 17,927 gun-related murders, 463 accidental deaths, and 434 undetermined deaths, then the numbers speak for themselves. Guns don’t protect your home. Chances are whoever is breaking in just wants your fuckin TV. If they really intend you harm the numbers say they’re gonna have the advantage.

guns don’t do a whole lot against molotov cocktails thrown at 3 in the morning, just saying. not advocating for violence, just pointing out that guns at home tend to cause more fatalities to their owners/family than they do save people from a home invasion.

also look on the bright side… at least they haven’t given Clippy sentience yet!

granted, but now your username is “gouthaver87”

frfr. bill gates must be rolling over in his grave.

I “early adopted” Win 11 when the Ryzen 5600X came out (late 2020 i think?) and it was objectively better at release. All MS had to do was fix the start button and then not fuck with it and I’m sure there would have been way less hatorade flowing.

Don’t worry, he won’t let them vote!

Daaaamn. The closest thing I could think of was my friend’s 96 (98? Whenever the EK body started) Honda civic that had the factory alarm and remote locks in the radio. He ended up splicing some wires and shoving the factory radio into his glove box or something to get around it.
Damnit Wesley!
