There is no reason to brainstorm optimistic outcomes. We can see what they are doing. It’s an authoritarian takeover, they are allies with Russia, and they are parroting all of the same things about Canada, that Putin was saying about Ukraine. Like there is no reason not to believe them. They are telling us exactly what the plan is. There has to be a civil war, or we are fucked.
