Dear lord no.

Dear lord no.

Agreed, just updated my comment for clarification here. But I’ll add that I still own any game I’ve bought on Steam that was pulled from the store. They tend to be on the better side here.
That said, DRM free for the win.

My use of the PlayStation platform had dropped significantly and moved to PC, and now Steam Deck as well.
And now I’ll just cease entirely.
They really love shooting themselves in the foot here.
And I suppose they will start trying to sue Steam when they fall.
EDIT: To be clear, the Deck can run GOG games with Lutris, and with PC I use a mix of launchers, not just Steam. My intent was to point out that many publishers seem to like going after Steam after they shoot themselves in the foot and lose users.

I have one built, just waiting for winter.

Vintage Story has cheese aging in cellar mechanics.

Yeah, same. And this article is playing like thats on us.

I’ve been using Pi 4s with a lineage OS build that has the Jellyfin Android TV client on it and thats been a pretty sweet setup.

This is largely part of being on multilingual web. It costs a lot of engineering time and effort to try and translate a page to multiple languages, but icons infer meaning without this need.

I pulled my retirement funds from the market over a year ago when the market was clearly detatching from reality. They are in a cash account earning modest interest for now.
I don’t let fools in a stupor play with my money.

At this point, to anyone surprised at this idea, I can only roll my eyes.
He was quoted, recorded on video, saying “You’ll never have to vote again.”
He told you exactly this. Morons didn’t really think about what that meant. Many of us saw it for exactly what it was.
He made Canada hate him. That puts him up there.

I read this as A Stunning Cunt… Had to read again.

Maybe the response teams would be more organized if there hadn’t been a coup by the orange turd? Or do these fundamental issues stem from before the Team America said “Fuck Yeah!”?

From 2006 onward I was a Gnome 2 fanboy and you could not convince me to use KDE.
Fast forward to Gnome Shell, and KDE Plasma; You couldn’t get me to touch Gnome. I love love love Plasma so much.

If you are using the stock Fairphone OS, you have Google Play Services installed. /e/OS comes on the Murena version, or you have to install it.

Sure enough, no login wall from Debian desktop. This is some Android autodetection BS that is realizing I don’t have a Google account on the device and trying to force a login.
Ugh, I neeeed a Linux phone.

Ill bet they detect the Voyager client or Android. Lemme try this from desktop too.
On a non-google android (Fairphone 6, e/OS) this is what I am forcibly redirected to every time.

I lost a few IQ points reading this ad.
