You could have just not typed anything and everything and everyone would have been better off for it.
A soup.

I won’t be around for that thankfully

They’ll have their own teams of people catering to them. 99% of the population is now no longer needed

Yes but who actually cares? If society tolerates no actual real physical transfer of goods and leaves it all speculative, it doesn’t matter. The deals are made, financial institutions accept this, realistically it doesn’t matter that none of this is “real”. If society decides that it’s real, it’s real. Just like how paper money has zero real tangible worth. It’s all an agreed upon concept. The same is happening here.
The economy we had for the last handful of decades is gone. Speculative economy where only the top percentage trades with itself is where we are at and where we will stay.

Nope. This can keep going on. Big businesses with all the capital will continue doing trade exclusively with other big businesses and government. They don’t need our money anymore. And it’s not like we’re really going to have any trivial amounts of money anyways.

Hahahahaaahaa

It’s mask off time for capitalism. Business to person sales are no longer lucrative. All the money is in company to company now. See AI companies buying out entire present and future stock of PC parts until 2030. Regular people are no longer needed in this form of society. That’s why the market goes up while job numbers and employment go down. The economy can now support itself without anyone else.

No luck if you have an S25 or below

My job is the same way. Management expects daily utility of copilot because we pay for premium and it is part of our performance metrics. They added “onboarding artificial intelligence” as part of every job description.

You purchased something. Then the company you purchased from announces they’re taking away features from you after the fact. Then they announce that they’ll give it back partially if you waste your time and do all sorts of steps.
You see this as a win? With attitudes like this, no wonder companies feel they can get away with anything.

Found the Google employee.

Kdenlive is wild. It’s got almost all the features Adobe premiere has.

It’s Mark Zuckerberg’s unlicensed digital daycares.
I’ve only ever encountered children between ages of 6 and 15 there.

Same but then I found out that most people I know pay close to $500/year in subscriptions alone. Some don’t even remember all the subscriptions they have! A guy at my work was saying that money was really tight and he saved a ton just by cancelling his Adobe and Capcut subscriptions. That’s on top of at least 3-4 streaming platforms as well.

Can you believe the developers of that app are paying real money for ads for it? I get Quittr ads online and Facebook all the time. Someone is paying money to try and convince me to not to wank. I can’t imagine a bigger waste of money.

gosh that’s so tedious. do they not care about gooners at Apple???

Ya I had like 20gb of porn in the files app hidden in folders so that it wouldn’t easily show up if the files app was open. Then I went to recents when looking for a PDF at the doctor’s office and BAM! lots of porn.
I hope they fix that somehow.
The goal is to desensitize the general population into accepting thin clients instead of actual computers so that they can rent their OS as a cloud subscription.
This gives companies more control over content you consume plus your behaviours. It also gives governments more granular control over their citizens which is in vogue considering democracy is out and barbarism and force are back in.
I’ve never verified my age for any operating system or website. I use YouTube logged out with an ad blocker
