IANAL but I looked into it -
In the US, political signs are considered private property so you could get arrested and charged with vandalism (if you get caught).
It’s unlikely you would be charged with trespassing (since that usually requires multiple repeat offenses on the same property).
It’s probably something you could beat in court as long as you don’t talk to the cops during your arrest and pay good lawyers.

From a entrepreneur point of view, this looks like a clear monetization attempt. Gather content from federated communities, sell to investors on the name “fediverse”. B2C is generally very hard to pull off because there’s so much competition so I doubt they’ll succeed, but there is that saying about seeing what sticks on the wall.
Also, from both a user and entrepreneur point of view, you need to break into markets by starting small. The fediverse heavily leveraged the open source community to get started. I personally would not be on Lemmy if Lemmy wasn’t AGPL. ClubsAll doesn’t have that.
With no ill intent, I hope they fail. They’re not contributing, and we don’t need proprietary cancer in the fediverse.

BTC ETF is a sad state of affairs and has nothing to do with replacing PayPal. I’m talking about strictly using crypto to pay for work or services (i.e. I only pay people online in crypto, I only pay for my DNS/VPN/etc in crypto)

Edit: lmao people mad. For what it’s worth BTC is screwed by txn fees and ETH isn’t much better, and there’s the whole scam thing going around, but crypto is still the best libre banking.

That’s a good deal for this laptop and while Nvidia sucks on Linux (you’ll have some support issues), that graphics card isn’t the worst offender.
Tldr yes buy and install Linux. You’ll have to tinker for the graphics card though.
