Mid 30s, I gym, i’ve gymed for years, but now i have prehab warm up exersizes for the big lifts to activate all the supporting muscles. I havent pulled anything in a while so i guess they are working.

I plateued, years ago, i dont need to get any bigger. Instead i do much more rounded workouts.

From what i’ve read, rowing is super low impact and very good for your health from a cardio perspective and a muscle workout perspective. I keep meaning to give it a try, but my routine works for me. Maybe as i get older.

I hope its blackberry, id love to see them re-enter the market, and i’d love an excuse to buy one.

Yeah pretty much, i mean you cant just assume because someone is a developer that they have a brain but this sums up my relationship with all the sales people ive met in my career

Im 33, i never even thought about kids at 22. I dont have any and im pretty meh on it but id never have made a decision like that when i was your age. Things change.

I needed to make an account recently, if you make it via a proper computer you get this and it sends it as an “appeal”… Which means they werent clever enough to separate new account creation from actual appeals. So of course what happens is it goes to some call center in some poor part of the world where they’re not smart enough to know the difference or dont care, they hit deny and you get perma banned.

This is not the same if you sign up via an app, which is amazingly stupid but whatever.

Ironically i learned about this by watching youtube videos for scammers on how to make fake facebook accounts.

Of course i immediately uninstalled the app, because i dont want that cancer on my phone.

Its not a good thing but I dont think it will really gaslight the public. The average persons understanding of if their countries economy is doing well or not boils down to “do i feel richer or poorer than last election?”

Despite what some might think of bidenomics, which showed by most traditional metrics that the US economy was improving and recovering well from the pandemic, people still felt the economy was doing poorly because they felt poor… Because a lot of people now are poorer than previous generations. Which of course those tradtitional metrics dont really take into account that people get paid fuck all now, but my point is just that the official numbers dont mean a lot to the average voter.
