:shocked pikachu: trump lies?

Grow some balls and gerrymander blue states. Threats are only viable if they are believable.
Is it tyrannical to make companies obey laws they don’t agree with? I mean it’s probably tyrannical for the law to exist in the first place but this feels like a “well well well if it isn’t the consequences of my own actions” for these companies propping up establishment candidates who line up be cucked by Israel.
The thing is the statute of limitations extends beyond Trump’s presidency and the penalties are levied against the hosting and distributing companies (Oracle, Google, Apple) wouldn’t it be lovely if the next president assuming we get a next president enforced the law and collected the fines from these companies.

I keep seeing this but the claim is dubious at best and feel like conflating correlation with causation. While the examples cited were largely non violent they had aspects and sub movements advocating violence and destruction, so any outcomes cannot be isolated in a way to make this claim.

So by extension if I am peacefully protesting and somebody tries to hit me with a car/deadly weapon can I “Stand My Ground” and shoot at the driver? Asking for a friend.

Pretending that the law matters during a fascist coup is not productive.

I was in no way suggesting Booker replace Schumer. I want Booker and the other democrats to pressure Schumer to step down.

A lot of words and no actions… until Schumer steps down Democrats have learned nothing and have nothing new to offer. If you want us to believe you have changed show us don’t tell us.
I read the git history changes and while I generally think it’s somewhat of a nothing burger for savvy users, it is a scummy move that alienates their core user base at a moment in time where they were best positioned to expand their user base.
Nobody is saying it would solve the problem but it might make me feel a little better

I think they would still be open to civil liability, for services that compete with TikTok or anybody who could claim harm came from companies refusal to follow the law.

I don’t even think we need to wait that long, anybody with a product that “competes” with TikTok would have standing to sue Google, Oracle, and Apple for violating the law and causing harm to their business. The possibility of government penalties in 4 years is just the icing on the cake.

Okay now China just needs to not sell and then in April we can sue Google and Apple out of existence right?
Sharks are older than both trees and the north star

Maybe it’s the fact he is a convicted felon? The fact he was even allowed to run is a massive loss already regardless of the outcome. As far as I am concerned anything short of a massive landslide against him counts as a massive loss.

Pardon my ignorance, which rule would apply requiring unanimous consent? And which one allows for debate when filling a vacancy? I can’t seem to find it.

If she resigned the California governor would appoint somebody to fill her spot, still giving democrats control of the senate they would be able to appoint somebody else to that committee, or am I way off base?
The DNC only pretends to hate Trump since they are also owned by the billionaires. CNN has moved significantly right and hate Trump less than they once did. At the end of the day I’m with Bernie when he pulls his endorsement then I’ll believe it.
