Time to bring back AltaVista.

Purely a space issue for me these days, but the more I use my Kindle, the more I like it. Being able to just highlight a word and get the definition has been a real game changer. Although, it’s only because of e-ink displays that I even considered it in the first place. Definitely would not be reading books on a regular tablet/display.

I love buying used books that someone has written in the margins. It’s about the only reason I’ll buy a physical book these days.

I understand the motivation for this, but it’s a terrible plan when the other option is Trump. After this election, when Trump will prove too senile to run again, maybe we can revolt against our lackluster vanilla options.

Hot rod/muscle car guys still use forums. There’s some good ones that I use for old Mopar stuff.

I work on Teslas. Can confirm. Not a fan of their software either.

I don’t think it was a joke as much as I think he doesn’t really know what a dictator is. He just heard it a lot and said it because it sounds cool. Pretty confident that’s how he uses most words.

Nobody wants to pay for news; which means nobody gets paid well to report it. So here we are in this dumpster fire of modern journalism.
