It was a thing in the UK for a bit as well, but they seem to have backed down in the last few years.
I use it. I prefer the experience to Windows and I don’t have the time to properly learn Linux. I know that’s lazy and I know I am sacrificing a certain degree of privacy by being lazy, but I already use a Pixel phone so I don’t think I’ve giving away anything new. One day I will probably sit down and set up Linux on my Chromebook and have more of a tinker, I’ve done it before and I’m relatively tech savvy.
It’ll depend on surface, your fitness, what shoe you are looking at. I don’t think this is a simple yes or no question.
They are the Material You icons for those apps. If something doesn’t have a Material You icon it can’t live on my homescreen 😂
I like to keep it simple.
Before this phone (Pixel 6) I used either Nova or Action for a long long time.
Of the ones I have tried Sync and Thunder are my preferred options.
I’m so used to gesture control now that I struggle to go back when I need to sort out my mum’s phone for her.
I appreciate a small phone as well. The S10e was a brilliant device. I’ve gone back to a bigger phone now as there isn’t really much of a choice.
This is how I feel as well. They are cool and if someone gave me one I’d use it, but I’m not going to pay double to get one myself.
Thanks for the permission. I’m glad I’ve got you to help me in my hour of need.
I really want to like Mastodon. I just find it a lot of work, and Twitter has always been my low-zero effort social media platform.
Probably because it’s a complete mess. I joined as I was curious and don’t really care if I have to delete my Instagram account to get rid of my Threads account. You follow people and then barely see their updates.
Great news. I really wish I could get on with it.
I’m pretty sure the police have said that he hasn’t done anything illegal.
I’m enjoying the discovery phase a lot more than I did with Mastodon, which I’ve largely abandoned now. It still has a way to go but it’s fun seeing it grow.
18,000,000,000,000/31,600,000 = 569,620
Don’t want to be that guy, but it definitely changes the picture somewhat.
