Glad to see this getting some press. I got my ballot and have also helped 2 others register this year. Many people don’t realize how easy it is to vote abroad!

That’s the wrong conclusion. If two Democrats were on the ballot, they would likely still both lose because of first past the post voting. If you really want to support “making elections more democratic” push for ranked choice voting, or proportional representation.

You’re right, but it does have a secondary impact when it can determine control of congress and the state legislatures. Remember, states control their individual voting processes for President, and there’s plenty of ways for them to “cheat” legally or otherwise.
