Just your typical internet guy with questionable humor

“So many rabbits”
Not one rabbit around. This false advertising will be reported to the central fediverse authority!

Careful as some of those blacklisted domains include freeze peach xxxtremists

I’m aware and not really worried about that

Not quite what I’m asking, that’s just python under a js wrapper - block javascript and none of that works.

I see that as mostly positive 😆

Doesn’t a browser need to have javascript enabled to even run WASM? That beats the entire point of getting rid of js

But that was something that had to be installed on the system and integrated into the browser, not quite what i’m asking as it wasn’t an alternative browser per se

Interesting. Too bad it only supports HTML4. The ELinks fork doesn’t mention whether it supports HTML5 (canvas and other more recent stuff), so I suppose it doesn’t

I bet part of that is to avoid paying out the ai slop shit channels that they have enabled and welcomed, it’s probably trivial for most of them to pump so much slop that they can reach those numbers in a month.
Either that, or they’re looking to fully kick out actual humans from trying to join unless they’re really determined to wade through the bullshit.

So, just shitty barley tea being advertised by ai slop

Working for psychotic assholes bent on destroying the world for profit tends to make people sad, whodathunk?
On a less sarcastic note, this happens to people who can see past the bullshit of the modern world, of this stupid culture that tells us that we should be defined by our jobs, that we should feel bad for being improductive, that we should kill ourselves for our fucking jobs.
It doesn’t even need to be full conscience of how insane the whole circus is, just enough to be self aware that “this ain’t right”

Increased productivity from better tooling has never equated to less working time. Increased productivity from better tooling always results in more working time, because now you can “produce more”. The only exception is farm stuff for small producers. The big land owners can now use more land thanks to better tools.

How do you get less work from zero work? Does it underflow and rolls back to maximum work?

Chrome running with a single tab on the google homepage eats more RAM than most AAA games of 2007

New tariffs USA arriving against those countries in 3, 2, 1…
Either that or several military threats.

I guess it depends on game. For steam, I understand that devs can use them to properly assess how many players actually get to play and where they give up on the game. Some games do get me to achievement hunt, but others I don’t bother. Anything that involves multiplayer I ignore entirely. It’s kinda funny that I only feel like I care about the achivs when I see my progress in the game - while playing, I’ll hardly care.
As for retroachievements, I don’t bother with them. I prefer playing those old games the same ways they were played back then, without hoping to get a badge that you did some specific thing.

The battery? Was that the first discovered jailbreak hack? Because by the time I got a PSP (~2012), the jailbreak was “copy this program to your card and run it on the psp”, which was about as idiot-proof as a jailbreak can get.
On the other hand, I did jailbreak my nintendo switch with the shorting on the right joycon using a bent paperclip. Lucky I didn’t brick it, though until it booted back into life, I was sweating!

I’ll take the new life+, thank you. Gonna be trivial to become a child prodigy, earn money off that and then have a very smooth adult life
Here in Brazil, during our dictatorship, we had a 2-party system, ARENA, the “yes” party and MDB, which was the “yes sir” party. Feels like USA isn’t too far off
