1 year agoOnly things that entertain us are things we care about. As the world’s sorrows and tragedies grow by the day, everything from climate change to mass shootings of toddlers, we’re numb. The one thing that helped is that it was rich people, we all (except republicans apparently) want to eat the rich, and these guys said sure we’ll just go drown, they’re pretty much allies. Gotta celebrate that.
The best part is when you argue this, they will argue with nuance and equal footing. As if the basis of this movement is legitimately comparable to super liberal people that… Checks notes want human rights for others.
