I’m also not a fan of the redesign, but you can always voice activate/dismiss it? Which is perfect scenario for when your hands are dirty.
Maybe I missed something in the article and this option is not viable for the writer.
Like what I’m doing? Buy me a coffee!

I understand. Thank you for your explanation.
I’m not sure if I understand you. But if you uncheck show read posts in lemmy, then by default, all read posts will be hidden everywhere.
Means if you check your profile, you will not be able to see your posts. Or example in avelon, even if you check to show read posts in communities, it will still be overwritten by lemmy and you will not be able to see old posts.
Could be, but also maybe isn’t. AFAIK there is just single test, and that is just not enough data to make a conclusion.
If I set to show read posts in lemmy ui, then my home feed does not load at at all, if I toggle hide read posts on home feed. Settings seems to be reverted after quitting the app.
Ah, thanks!
My initial thoughts as well
It’s in the settings under actions
This is normal, and all cars actually do it.
In 99% of cases, water from your car exhaust system is absolutely normal and is nothing to worry about. It is just condensation being vented while the engine is running. You’re most likely to notice this when the outside temperature is cold and when the engine has not been running all that long.
Oh, okay. I’ve been told this directly by Memmy developer. So sorry about confusion.
Edit: here it is git
Not as far as I know. Lemmy API doesn’t support marking multiple posts at once, so there is currently no clean way. And no application does it locally. Yet at least.
From time to time, yes. It has been perfect for few months until the latest security update. After it whenever I opened a tab group, the tabs where closing before my eyes. And just few minutes ago I noticed, that all of the tab groups have been tripled. Will see how it behaves tomorrow.
I like the minimalistic UI. I like the integration. I love the tab groups and as far as I know, the privacy is also good.
I personally hate the digital cluster, I would rather have analog one with display in middle. I don’t find that analog cluster needs more time to read.
I think you should use Lemmy explorer for this.
If your instance already discovered then, then they should be available in all feed. If you subscribed to them, then they should also be in subscribed feed.
I did, and to me, it just feels rough and not as intuitive. I didn’t like the design, and I hated the icon on the right side. Just didn’t fit into the Apple ui.
Or event better, Better Touch Tool. Contains also snapping management, and also let’s you create a lot of custom trackpad gestures. You can customise it to make you more fluid with navigation/macros using just the trackpad.
It is payed, but absolutely worth the money in my opinion.
As in showing false values? Or wrong cache management or something?
