I do not trust this fucking administration for one fucking minute.
If you’re able to, vote early in person. If you can’t, vote in person on Election Day. If you still can’t, vote absentee and then deliver your ballot by hand. If you can’t do that, then use the mail.
Look, I’m not saying the post office is bad but it’s clearly questionable whether they’ll “accidentally” lost ballots they get from cities or blue areas.
Early voting starts today in four states. Go fucking vote.

This is something Democrats and the DNC need to understand: Republicans are willing to kill for their beliefs.
Until the DNC stops believing that Republicans will be “reasonable”, Democrats will fail our country. It’s only a matter of time until Trump has his version of the night of the long knives.

More like “I don’t have to behave because I have the money to convince everyone else that it’s their responsibility to do better.”

In other words, Google prefers security researchers to immediately share vulnerability findings publicly immediately. That way users can properly mitigate their risks appropriately while Google decides whether fixing the vulnerability will affect their bottom line.

Maybe before they needed to lick Trump’s taint. They would rather get on his good side than be “regulated” to death.

I’m going to guess: he’s running as a Republican.
Checks article
Not surprised in the least.

It’s impossible to prove a negative. Even as recently as a month ago, I sent a birthday card to a friend in Germany and she said she hasn’t gotten it yet.
I’ve mailed her letters and cards before and she usually gets them in a week.
I know she isn’t lying.
Imagine if this was a legal notice.
I do understand what your saying but the possibility exists that a legal notice mailed to someone can be lost or misdelivered. The US has process servers where you can hire someone to serve legal papers to someone. In this case, the person notes the time and date of service.
In the absolute worst cases, some courts allow service to occur in a newspaper. This often happens in divorces when one party cannot be located due to abandoning them.
Most of the time in the US, service to their legal residence via certified mail that offers proof of delivery is usually enough for most cases.

I agree that is class war but boomers are enabling the wealthy.
Boomers would rather punish millennials for our avocado toast than see billionaires taxed.

Let’s not say never. Because they can course correct but it has to be hard pivot:
The fact that Wikimedia foundation chose profits over people is absolutely disgusting.

We really need to stop saying shit like this.
The Constitution does not matter. Until conservatives, specifically Trump, are stopped, they are going to be fascists.

Arrests don’t mean anything.
Are they getting convicted?

Almost like they want to profit by harming kids.

But you see he thinks he is one of the good ones. Surely he will be accepted as the in group.

I’m going to disagree slightly.
IMO, outlook is bloated. It has too many features that are either confusing or difficult to use. Microslop should have released a completely new mail app and given it a new providence along with modern features.
Think gmail but it would work with any email account.
Made with modern programming practices. Streamlined and zippy.
But nope.
They needed to create Outlook (new). Which they enshittified.
I fucking hate Outlook. It is stuck in the age of emails being the primary source of communication in a company. Teams isn’t any better. (Give me back slack please!!!)
But let’s be clear here: we (the users) aren’t Outlook customers. Corporate IT is. And from their standpoint, Outlook does exactly what they need it to do.

That’s the thing. They think it is. It’s alpha/beta behavior.
Because Cruz knows that if he didn’t kiss the ring, he would have been voted out by his base.

This initiative was a conservative movement.
It would have been used as a cudgel to oppress immigrants or to target the out group.

We’re in fascism times.
Trump can legally kill people. Literally. He can point a gun in 5th Avenue and shoot someone and New York Court, SCOTUS, and his base, will all let him.
We cannot make arguments as if laws apply to this man because they simply don’t.
So when he says words like “expel”, we need to understand that he will try everything in his power, including things that are illegal to normal people like you and me, to accomplish his will.

Pre-2010 social media still had issues. It incentivised likes and views, which then social media companies capitalized (literally) and then it became a terrible feedback loop. The desire for likes/views is deeply coded in our psyche and can’t change that.
The problem is and has been humans.
Capital One does something similar and it’s so fucking annoying. They send text messages that read “Your transaction for some company was DECLINED! Take action now: http://someweirddomain.com/sketchy/uri”
I used URL Checker to figure out where it ultimately landed and it does go to Capital One.
I’ve even complained about this and they said, “Well, you should know these texts only come from us.”
