When younkin did it before, a local newspaper in NOVA went door to door checking the people in their city. The list was public and had addresses. Everyone who was removed and had voted in a recent election was checked by the paper. Everyone of them was a citizen. I’d wager my left nut that there wasn’t a hundred people from the list(maybe even a dozen) who broke the law in the state by voting (I don’t believe they tried to even prosecute anyone) for a Snickers bar. And I hate Snickers.

Is this even thinking in this quarter? It just feels like a mistake.

None of these are as much a call to violence as let’s say, offering to pay someone’s legal fees should they assault someone. I think the government determined that was alright almost 10 years ago so long as the right guy said it.

You know that meme where the guys are in a circle and a guy says something, then a guy gives a big thumbs up and they ignore him? Imagine that group is the allies occupying just about all of German territory, and supporting the new nations they are building in the ashes, and the guy who says something is a small group who can “claim” they represent the previous government, but are frequently not even respected by the pockets of shattered resistance spawned by the rotting corpse of that government. Usually it is referred to as Debellatio. Their state had collapsed. No one really negotiated with them. They can call out “surrender” but the allies and the remaining hardliners did not care.
