This was surprisingly the best technology premonition in the whole show. I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve said “Sorry I was looking at the wrong screen.”

I’m taking steps to stop myself consuming content constantly so I’ve stopped listening to podcasts when I’m out. If I’m on a long train or plane journey in the future I’ll probably bring my earphones along but only then. Now I just walk and think.

I heard the Alex Kidd in Miracle World theme music as soon as I saw that picture. The Master System was my first console. Alex Kidd was built in, I remember writing the roshambo combos for the bosses down everywhere. But I also had Sonic 1 and 2, Spiderman vs The Kingpin, Tom and Jerry: The Movie and Cool Spot.
